LA TABLITA del LO in O Pino

"Six of us visited La Tablita and were warmly welcomed by Marti. She patiently elaborated her dinner menu concocted by Chef Maria. All the dishes were outstanding and professionally presented. One dish that stood out was Turnip greens with pork shoulder. The greens were organically wholesome and the meat was succulently tender. Marti and Maria are simply marvellous!"

"The night was cold when I entered La Tablita. But my heart was quickly warmed by Martai’s greeting, as she passionately expounded her dinner menu to me. I felt her extra passion when she talked about her salads, so I ordered two salads. The first was tomatoes salad, where I had my maiden taste of the amazing Spanish blue tomatoes, served with super fresh oil of picual (Spanish olive oil). I was totally blown away. The second dish was the lamb’s lettuce salad. It was paired with creamy goat cheese and perfectly flavoured with pineapple dices that really lifted my taste buds as well as my spirit. Best Spanish salads every Camino de Santiago pilgrim must try."

"We were so tired from our pilgrimage that we decided to eat at the place where we stayed. We were so surprised at the quality of food and homey taste of everything. We had a cheese board with local cheeses that were so flavorful and delicious. The tomato salad was amazing. The flavors of the tomatoes were as if they had come from the garden that morning, especially the blue tomatoes. My husband had the salmon and I had the zucchini spaghetti, both were delicious. We were so happy with our food and the prices."
